§ 1 Purpose of the Regulation

In accordance with Section 59 (3) of the Law, the grant of training is provided in the amount of the amount of the grant which is granted by a decision valid on 30 September 1971 on the basis of the national provisions referred to in § § 2 to 12. has been made. Unofficial table of contents

Section 13 Foreigners ' reservation

Insofar as the laws, regulations and administrative provisions referred to in § § 2 to 12 provide for the provision of support for persons who do not
1.
German in the sense of the Basic Law,
2.
Homeless foreigners within the meaning of the law on the legal status of homeless foreigners in the federal territory of April 25, 1951 (Federal Law Gazette). 269), as last amended by the Law of 9 September 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1273),
3.
Foreigners who have their habitual residence within the scope of this Act and are recognised as asylum-seekers, in accordance with § 28 of the Aliens Act of 28 April 1965 (Federal Law Gazette). 353), as last amended by the Law of 23 June 1970 (Bundesgesetzbl. 805),
, they shall not be referred to by this Regulation. The provisions of the first sentence shall not apply in so far as the provisions provide for services to students at scientific universities. Unofficial table of contents

§ 14 Berlin-clause

This Regulation applies in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzblatt I p. 1) in conjunction with Section 67 of the Federal Training Promotion Act (Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz) in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents

Section 15 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1. October 1971, in force.
