Pursuant to Section 55 (8) and Section 123 (1) of the Evaluation Act, as amended on 10 December 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1861), with the approval of the Federal Council, the Federal Government decrees: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) The comparative values of the main assessment bases for the forest-based part of Hochwald shall be set at 1 January 1964 at the following level:
