Pursuant to Section 39 (1) and Section 123 (1) of the Evaluation Act, as amended on 10 December 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1861), with the approval of the Federal Council, the Federal Government decrees: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

For the main assessment bases, comparative figures shall be fixed on 1 January 1964. They are for the gardening use

1.

for the production of vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants of Appendix 2,

2.

for the fruit-growing section of Appendix 3,

3.

for the nursery nurseries of Appendix 4

§ 2

This Regulation applies in accordance with § 14 of the Third Law of the Convention of 4 January 1952 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1) in conjunction with Article 8 of the Law amending the Evaluation Act of 13 August 1965 (Federal Law Gazette). Appendix 1 (to § 1)
Main assessment bases of the gardening use

Preliminary remarks

1.

The comparative figures of the main assessment bases of the horticultural use are referred to as:

a)

in the case of vegetable, flower and ornamental plant cultivation as horticultural comparative figures (GVZ),

b)

in the case of fruit growing as a comparison of fruit and vegetables (OVZ),

c)

in the case of the nursery, nursery schools as reference numbers (BVZ).

2.

The main assessment bases of the gardening use are marked

a)

by G for the cultivation of vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants, by O for the fruit growing section, by B for the nursery nursery;

b)

through serial numbers (Lfd. No.), the first or first and second digits of which allow the country and its next digit to be recognized by the Oberfinanzdirektion (Oberfinanzdirektion). The digits after the point indicate the current number within the Oberfinanzdirektion (Oberfinanzdirektion).
