§ 1

In the main determination of the unit values of the property to 1 January 1964, as well as in the case of continuations and subsequent findings of the unit values of the property, in which the value ratios of 1 January 1964 are to be used, § 77 of the valuation law in the version of the notice of 10 December 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1861), in the following text:

" § 77Minimum value

The value to be used for a built-up property shall not be less than 50 of the hundred of the value with which the land alone would be assessed as an unfinished property. " Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

If the unit values of the property have been determined on 1 January 1964 in accordance with § 77 of the valuation law in the version of the notice of 10 December 1965 prior to the entry into force of this Act, the notice of determination must be repealed. Unofficial table of contents

This law applies in accordance with the provisions of Section 12 (1) of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Federal Law Gazette). I p. 1) also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents

This law shall enter into force on the day after it is announced.
