Pursuant to Section 4 (4), Section 5 (4a) sentence 3 and Section 5a (3) sentence 2 of the Single Payment Act (SPS), as amended by the Notice of 30 May 2006 (BGBl. 1298), the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection decrees the following national authorities: Unofficial table of contents

Section 1 Breakdown of the increase of the ceiling to the regions

(1) The first amount of increase within the meaning of Section 4 (2) of the Single Payment Enforcement Act shall be divided among the regions in accordance with Appendix 1. (2) The second amount of increase in the meaning of Section 4 (3) of the Act on the implementation of the Single Payment Act shall be: to the regions in accordance with Appendix 2. (3) The third increase in the meaning of Section 4 (3) of the Single Payment Act and the additional amount within the meaning of Section 4 (3b) of the Act on the implementation of the Single Payment Act shall be applied to: the regions are divided in accordance with Appendix 3. (4) The fourth increase in the According to Article 4 (3) of the Act on the implementation of the Single Payment Act, the regions shall be allocated in accordance with the provisions of Annex 4. (5) The fifth increase in the meaning of Section 4 (3a) of the Act on the implementation of the Single Payment Act shall be applied to the regions in accordance with (6) The increase in the national ceiling in 2010, which is referred to in § 4 (3c) of the Single Payment Act, is allocated to the region of Rhineland-Palatinate in the amount of 540 euros. § 2 compensatory amount per tonne of sugar

§ 3 Factors for the additional individual sugar amounts

The factors according to § 5 (4a) sentence 2 of the Single Payment Enforcement Act will be
