On the basis of Section 13 of the Second Remuneration Transitional Regulation, as amended by the Notice of 2 June 1993 (BGBl. 778, 1035), as last amended by Article 7 of the Law of 24 August 1994 (BGBl I). 2229), the following Annexes IA to IC, IIA to IIC and III shall be defined in accordance with Article 2 (1) and (3) (2) of this Regulation on the basis of annexes IV, V, VIII and IX of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) as amended by the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Federal Law on Wages) Notice of 9 March 1992 (BGBl. 409), as last amended by Article 3 of the Law of 24 August 1994 (BGBl I). 2229, 2440), the resulting service and contender for the period from 1.
