Input formula

On the basis of Section 13 of the Second Remuneration Transitional Regulation, as amended by the Notice of 2 June 1993 (BGBl. 778), the following Annexes I, II A to II E, III A to III C and IV A to IV D, which are based on Annexes IV, V, VIII and IX of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) in accordance with Article 2 (1) and (3) (2) of this Regulation, shall be replaced by the Notice of 9 March 1992 (BGBl. 409), as last amended by Article 6 of the Law of 23 March 1993 (BGBl I). 342), the resulting remuneration for the period from 1 May 1992, in the case of contenders for the period from 1 January 1992.

In the case of more than one child, the surcharge shall be increased by 93.82 DM for each additional child to be taken into account in the tariff classes Ia and Ib, and DM 98.89 in the tariff classes Ic and II.
In tariff class II, the local surcharge from level 4 increases for the second and any other child to be taken into account in grades A 1 to A 3 by DM 28 each, in grade A 4 by DM 21 each and in grade A 5 by 14 DM each. To the extent that in individual cases the remuneration falls short of that from a lower grade, the difference shall be granted in addition.
