§ 1 Scope

This Act shall apply to:
1.
Officials of the Federal Government,
2.
Judges of the Federal Government,
3.
Occupational soldiers, temporary soldiers and temporary soldiers,

§ 2 assignment to the levels and transfer levels of the basic salary in the grades of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A

§ 4 Allocation to the levels and transmission levels of the basic content in grades R 1 and R 2

§ 5 Advances to a level of the basic salary in grades R 1 and R 2

§ 5a Participation of the basic salary levels in remuneration adjustments

§ 6 Regulations for civil servants with the post-successor companies
