This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of § 4 of the Vocational Training Act and § 25 of the Craft Code. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

The training profession becomes a specialist in funeral services
1.
pursuant to Section 4 (1) of the Vocational Training Act and
2.
In accordance with Article 25 of the Rules of the Craft Sector for Industrial Training, Number 50, Equipment and Equipment, Appendix B, Section 2 of the Craft Regulations

§ 2 Duration of training

§ 3 Training framework plan, vocational training programme

(1) The subject-matter of vocational training shall be at least the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the training framework plan (Appendix) (professional capacity for action). An organization of the training, which deviates from the training framework plan, is allowed in particular, insofar as the particularities of the company's practical experience require the deviation. § 4 Implementation of vocational training

(1) The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in this Regulation shall be taught in such a way as to enable trainees to carry out a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act. , which includes, in particular, independent planning, implementation and control. This qualification must also be proven in the examinations according to § § 5 and 6. (2) The following skills, knowledge and skills from the training framework plan must be conveyed in suitable facilities outside the training centre:
1.
1. to 18. ' month ' of vocational training from the Annex A (1) (a) to (c) and (5),
2.
in the 19th up to 36. Month of vocational training from the Annex Section A (1) (d) to (h) and (6).
The time scale is in the 1. to 18. Month of vocational training two and in 19. up to 36. Month of vocational training three weeks. Sentences 1 and 2 shall apply only if and to the extent that the training institution is unable to provide the necessary breadth or depth of these skills, knowledge and abilities. (3) The trainees shall be subject to the training framework plan. for the trainees to draw up a training plan. (4) The apprentices must have a written proof of training. They should be given the opportunity to carry out the written evidence of formal qualifications during the training period. § 5 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the Annex for the first three years of training, as well as the skills listed in the Annex. (3) The intermediate examination takes place in the examination area of the department of Professional and Grabtechnical tasks. (4) For the examination area "Warenkundliche tasks" ("Goods And Services") Tasks and excavation work consist of the following specifications:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
apply occupational legislation and standards, as well as technical documentation,

the examination area shall be based on the following activities:
a)
Perform maintenance tasks,

Perform excavation work;

The examination time is nine hours in total; within this time, the situational dialogue is to be conducted in ten minutes as well as the processing of the written tasks in 120 minutes.

§ 6 Final examination/journeyman's examination

(1) The final examination/journeyman's examination shall determine whether the examinee has acquired the professional capacity to act. In the final examination/journeyman's examination, the examinee is to prove that he has the skills required for this purpose, possessing the necessary professional knowledge and skills, and with that in the course of the vocational education and training In the case of vocational training, essential teaching materials are familiar. business and administrative operations,

Economic and social studies.
(3) The following guidelines exist for the Examination Division for the implementation of the funeral services:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
advising persons,
b)
Implement rites and customs,
c)
Edit funeral orders,
d)
administrative and cemetery work,
e)
Provide the deceased,
f)
plan the execution of burials,
g)
organise the implementation of burials,
h)
Planning and carrying out work processes independently of the economic, technical, organizational, legal and time constraints,
i)
trading customer-oriented,
j)
identify work relationships,
k)
Control work results, and
l)
Take measures to ensure safety, hygiene and health protection at work, environmental protection and quality assurance

2.
the examination area shall be based on the following activities: preparing and carrying out a burial;
3.
the examinee is to carry out a work task and document it with practice-related documents, as well as conduct a situational expert discussion on this;
4.
The examination time is 14 hours in total; within this time, the situational expert discussion is to be conducted in 20 minutes.
(4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area for business and administrative procedures:
1.

a)

(7) The individual examination areas shall be weighted as follows:

1. Examination Area Funeral Implementation 50 percent,
2. Audit area Business and administrative operations 20 percent,

4. Examination area Economic and social studies 10 percent.
(8) The final examination/journeyman's examination has been passed if the services
1.
in the overall result, at least "sufficient",
2.
At least "sufficient" in the examination area,
3.
in at least two of the other examination areas with at least "sufficient" and
4.
in no examination area with "insufficient"
(9) At the request of the examinee, the examination in one of the areas of examination which is less than "sufficient", in which the examination services are to be provided in writing with their own request and weighting, shall be carried out by an oral examination. An examination of about 15 minutes should be completed if the examination can give the test the result. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in a ratio of 2: 1 shall be weighted. Unofficial table of contents

§ 7 Existing Vocational Training Conditions

Vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation may be continued in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, subject to the calculation of the period of training completed so far, provided that the Contracting Parties agree to this. If an agreement is not reached, the provisions of the Regulation referred to in Article 8, second sentence, shall be applied further to vocational training conditions which have been started by 31 July 2007. § 8 Entry into force, external force
