This regulation is for the area of the mountain law in connection with the Federal Mining Act, the implementation of the following EC directives:-
Council Directive 95 /63/EEC of 5. December 1995 amending Directive 89 /655/EEC on the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equipment by workers at work (second individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16 (1) of the Directive) 89 /391/EEC) (OJ L 136, 31.5.1989 EC No 28),
Council Directive 97 /11/EC of 3 June 2000, p. 1 March 1997 amending Directive 87 /337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment (OJ 1997 L 327, p. EC No L 73 p. 5).

The procedures already under way at the date of entry into force of this Regulation relating to projects subject to operational planning as defined in Article 1 of the Regulation referred to in Article 5 shall be adopted in accordance with the rules currently in force End.
