§ 2 disciplines duration training takes two years. It can be selected between the disciplines 1 tunnelling and mining and 2 transport and maintenance.

Section 3 education profession at least the following skills and knowledge are (1) subject matter of vocational training common to both disciplines: 1 occupational safety, accident prevention and health protection;
2. knowledge of the operation and organization of work;
3. read technical drawings;
4. basic skills of metal working and processing: a) measurement and test, b) marking, punching, marking, c) chisels, saws, files, d) cutting, bending and straightening, e) sinks and thread cutting, drilling, f) add;
5. use basic skills: a) processing of building materials, b) Edit and add wood, c) securing and setting forth of the workplace, d) insertion of expansion, e) type of signals and refund of messages, f) dealing with facilities of weather control, g) conveying and transporting, h) handling of mine safety equipment;
6 Maschinentechnische basic skills: a) bypass with hoists, b) dealing with funding, c) dealing with transport facilities, d) handling of electrical equipment.
(2) at least the following skills and knowledge are the vocational training in the disciplines subject to: 1 in the specialising in tunnelling and mining: a) drilling in mineral and rock, b) gains, loosening, shop and drop support of mineral and rock, c) removing, d) maintained by mine workings, e) dealing with facilities of the weather guides;
2. the trade towards transport and maintenance: a) transportation, b) assembling, dismantling and maintenance of handling equipment, c) install, remove and maintain funding bodies, d) maintenance of pipe and tubing.

§ 4 training curriculum skills and knowledge according to § 3 shall according to the included instructions for the factual and temporal structure of vocational training (training curriculum) to be taught in the plant. A deviating from the training curriculum factual and temporal structure of the training content is specifically allowed, as far as is preceded by a professional field related basic education or practical operational characteristics require the deviation.

§ 5 training plan the training employer has to draw up a training plan on the basis of the training curriculum for the trainees.

§ 7 midterm (1) must be a midterm during vocational training. She will take place after the first year of training.

Questions and tasks in particular from the following areas to consider are: 1 in the examination technology: a) for specialising in tunnelling and mining: aa) basic knowledge of the pit building, bb) degradation and driving routes, cc) expansion, dd) safety regulations;
b) for specialising in transport and maintenance: aa) basic knowledge of the pit building and of weather control, bb) transport, cc) installation and maintenance, dd) safety regulations;
2. in the examination of technical mathematics: a) for specialising in tunnelling and mining: aa) calculate cross sections, bb) calculate volumes and weights, cc) calculate speeds and transmission ratios, dd) calculation of the salary;
b) for specialising in transport and maintenance: aa) calculate cross sections, bb) calculate pressures and forces, cc) calculate speeds, dd) calculation of the salary;
3. in the audit professional technical drawing: a) for specialising in tunnelling and mining: aa) mapping views of just flat limited body, bb) read predictions representations, cc) read by expansion boards, dd) read by blasting images.
b) for specialising in transport and maintenance: aa) associate views just flat limited body, bb) read predictions representations, cc) reading of allegories for fittings, dd) read assembly drawings and operating plans;
4. in the audit professional of economic and social studies: economic and social studies.
(4) for the written knowledge examination following temporal benchmarks it must be: 1 in the testing trade technology 60 minutes, 2nd in the test subject of technical mathematics 60 minutes, 3. in the audit professional drafting 30 minutes, 4th in the testing economic and social studies 30 minutes.
(5) if the written knowledge examination in the form of programmed is carried out, the exam periods referred to in paragraph 4 may be less than.
