§ 1 Supply of dentures

Insured persons born after 31 December 1978 and whose dental treatment for the supply of dentures commenced before 1 January 1997 shall be entitled to the payment of the costs of the replacement of the dentures in accordance with the procedure applicable on 31 December 1996. § 2 Adaptation of running sickness funds

Section 47 of the Fifth Book of the Social Code, as amended on 1 January 1997, shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Act to the payment of sickness funds which commenced before 1 January 1997.
