§ 1 Establishment of the Advisory Board

The Federal Ministry of Education and Research has set up a Advisory Board for the Promotion of Training. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Members of the Advisory Board

The Advisory Council shall be
1.
four representatives from the training bodies of the training centres,
2.
five representatives from the circle of apprentices,
3.
two representatives of the legal, economic or social sciences,
4.
a representative of the employer and the employee,
5.
a representative of parenthood,
6.
Four representatives of the Supreme State Authorities for the Promotion of Training,
7.
two representatives of the Federal Association of Local Government Associations,
8.
a representative of the Federal Employment Agency,
9.
a representative of the Deutsche Studentenwerk e.V..

§ 3 vocation and duration of membership

(1) The members of the Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research for a period of four years. The members according to § 2 No. 2, who represent the circle of pupils, are usually appointed for a period of two years. The members according to § 2 nos. 1, 2 and 6 shall be appointed on a proposal from the Bundesrat, the other members with his consent. (2) The Federal Ministry of Education and Research may, with the consent of the Bundesrat, by declaration to a A member of his/her membership will terminate prematurely if the circumstances have changed significantly, which were decisive for the appeal to the Advisory Board. Section 4 Tasks of the Advisory Board

The Advisory Board advises the Federal Ministry of Education and Research on the basis of Section 44 (1) of the Act by means of expert opinions. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5 Rules of Procedure

The Advisory Council shall adopt its Rules of Procedure, which shall require the approval of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Unofficial table of contents

§ 6 Management

The Federal Ministry of Education and Research is responsible for the advisory services of the Advisory Board. Unofficial table of contents

Section 7 Entry into force
