§ 1 Objective of the examination and the name of the financial statements

(1) For the proof of the provisions of § 9 of the Ordinance on the Workshop of the Workshop of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. 1365), as last amended by Article 55 of the Law of 19 June 2001 (BGBl I). 1046), the competent authority may carry out exams in accordance with § § 2 to 12. b)
the vocational training sector and

In accordance with § § 3 to 5 of the Ordinance on the Work Plant, in cooperation with the workshop management and the specialist services as well as the other specialist staff of the workshop, to design and carry out the workshop in a professional manner, in particular:
1.
Participation in statements as to whether the workshop for disabled persons for the individual is the appropriate institution for the participation of disabled persons in the working life and for the integration into working life in the sense of § 136 of the ninth book Social Code ; verify the suitability and inclinations of the disabled person and prepare proposals for the necessary professional and complementary measures; participation in the preparation of a nomenclature;
2.
Carry out vocational training measures with the aim of integrating into working life and participating in the design of the accompanying measures;
3.
Plan, prepare and carry out work with the disabled, taking into account economic and rehabilitative requirements; participate in the design of learning-related jobs and demolivers;
4.
Participate in the preparation of a report on the completion of the respective funding measure and in the update of the individual support plan;
5.
Communicate and collaborate with the disabled people and institutions of their environment.
(3) The successfully completed examination leads to the recognised qualification "Certified specialist for the promotion of work and occupation in workshops for disabled persons". Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Approval for Examination

(1) For the purpose of examination, it shall be possible to
1.
a successful final examination in a recognised training occupation and thereafter at least two years of professional practice or
2.
a minimum of six years of professional experience.
Six months of professional practice to be considered must be carried out in activities which have substantial references to the tasks of a specialist in the promotion of employment and occupation as referred to in Article 1 (2). (2) By way of derogation from paragraph 1, it may also be possible to examine , who, by submitting certificates or in any other way, makes it credible that he has acquired knowledge, skills and experience that justify the admission to the examination. § 3 Content of the examination

(1) The examination shall comprise the areas of action:
1.
Planning of the rehabilitation course as well as the promotion in the workshop for disabled people,
2.
Promotion of professional and personal development,
3.
Design of the work in rehabilitative aspects,
4.
communication and cooperation with the disabled people and institutions of their environment,
5.
Legal framework of the workshop for disabled people.

§ 4 Planning of the rehabilitation course as well as the promotion in the workshop for disabled people

§ 5 Promotion of professional and personal rights

§ 6 Design of work under rehabilitative aspects

§ 7 Communication and cooperation with the disabled people and institutions of their environment

In this area of action, the examination participant is to prove that he is able to communicate and cooperate with the disabled person or a group of disabled persons and the persons and institutions of their environment. To this end, the examination participant must know the effects of the disability on the physical, mental and psychological condition, on the work, social and learning behavior and be able to provide the disabled person in his/her individual situation and to appreciate, accept and deal with the particular circumstances in its social environment. It should be able to record the structures, offers and procedures in the institutions of the environment of the disabled person and to include them in their own professional activities in the workshop. In accordance with the order of the workshop, the examination participant is to be able to guide the disabled people in coordination with the accompanying services. 1.
Assess the effects of disability in terms of working, social and learning behaviour;
2.
Participate in preparing, carrying out, documenting and evaluating advice and assessment interviews with the disabled people and the persons of their surroundings. Conduct themed discussions with the accompanying service of the workshop, with the workshop council, with clients and potential employers on the one hand, as well as with parents, teachers of the donating schools, employees of the housing facility, legal advisors, treating physicians, staff of psychosocial services and employees of continuing education institutions;
3.
Promote the communicative competence of people with particularly severe disabilities through basic knowledge of supported communication, sign language and body-oriented communication; dealing with disabled people of foreign origin under Respect for their religious affiliation and socio-cultural development;
4.
Moderating and guiding groups; in particular, assessing group processes, dealing with conflicts in the group, leading to a cooperative resolution of problems and non-violent conflicts, modifying behavioural behaviours of disabled employees in cooperation with the accompanying service.

§ 8 Legal framework conditions of the workshop for disabled people

In this area of action, the examination participant is to prove that he has the legal and economic conditions of the workshop for disabled people and the requirements and tasks of the skilled worker for the promotion of work and occupation, such as: They are aware of the legal and other regulations. historical knowledge of how to deal with disabled people.

Section 9 Outline of the examination

(1) The examination shall consist of:
1.
a written supervisory work;
2.
a practice-oriented project work with a presentation and an expert discussion.
(2) The written supervisory work within the meaning of Section 9 (1) No. 1 extends to the areas of action mentioned in § 3 and consists of a work to be carried out under supervision, which shall last at least three hours, not more than five hours. In the event of a lack of written examination performance, an oral supplementary examination shall be offered to the examination participant. The duration shall not exceed 20 minutes. In determining the grade, the result of the written supervisory work and that of the oral supplementary examination in a ratio of 2: 1 is to be weighted. (3) The practical project work should be carried out in the following areas of action on the Content:
1.
Planning of the rehabilitation course as well as support in the workshop for disabled people;
2.
Promotion of professional and personal development;
3.
Design of the work in rehabilitative aspects.
The practice-oriented project work is timely to carry out the written exam as a task. Proposals of the examination participants may be taken into consideration by the examination board. The work is to be presented 20 days after the task. (4) In the expert discussion, contents and results of the project work are to be explained before the examination board. The presentation of the project work should not take longer than 20 minutes. Further topics from the areas of action mentioned in § 3 can be discussed in the expert discussion. § 10 Invoice of other exams

The examination participant may, upon request, be exempted from the filing of the written supervisory work pursuant to § 9 (1) (1) (1) if he/she has been in charge of a competent body, public or state-approved body in the last five years. Educational institution or, before a State Audit Committee, has successfully passed an examination which corresponded to the examination requirements of the contents of the examination in accordance with this Regulation. § 11 Existence of the Examination

(1) The two parts of the test in accordance with § 9 shall be assessed separately. (2) The test has been passed if the two parts of the test have been evaluated with at least sufficient evidence in accordance with § 9 (1) (1) and (2). (3) The examination shall be subject to a certificate in accordance with of Appendix 1 and a certificate in accordance with Appendix 2. In the case of the exemption in accordance with § 10, the place and date and name of the examination board of the other consideration shall be given instead of the place and date and name. § 12 Repeal of the examination

(1) A test which has not been passed can be repeated twice. (2) With the request for repetition of the examination, the examination participant shall be exempted from the examination performance in accordance with § 9 (1) (1) or (2) if he/she is in a at least sufficient performance and, within two years of the date of completion of the examination, he has registered for the reexamination of the test. Section 13 Entry into force
