(c) producers who are entitled on the date of effect of the accession in the area referred to in article 3 of the Treaty, to operate a craft as a stagnant trade, be entered at the request or by virtue with the craft of Annex A of the handicrafts Regulation Act in the role of craft can be associated with the existing craft. Such traders use the title master of the craft, legally they are entitled to bear the title of the craft of Annex A of the handicrafts Regulation Act.
(d) trader, independently operating a standing business on the day of effect of accession in the area referred to in article 3 of the Treaty, that there not as craft classified, but in Annex A of the handicrafts Regulation Act as craft is listed, at the request or by virtue with this craft in the role of craft entered.

(k) the Chambers of skilled crafts can allow exceptions to the regulations adopted pursuant to section 25 of the handicrafts Regulation Act until December 1, 1995, when still the requirements cannot be met. The exceptions are limited in time. The Federal Minister for Economics may pursuant to sentence 1 restrict the authority in consultation with the Federal Minister of education and science by legal Ordinance which shall not require the consent of the Federal Council, or revoke.
(l) the regulations require after § 27a, paragraph 1 and article 40 of the trade and crafts code the separate enforcement by the Federal Minister for Economics in agreement with the Federal Ministry of education and science by legal Ordinance which shall not require the consent of the Federal Council.
(m) the Federal Minister for Economics determines by regulation according to § 46 para 3 of the handicrafts Regulation Act,
