On the basis of the second sentence of Article V (1) (13) of the BEG Final Act of 14 September 1965 (BGBl. I p. 1315) decrees the Federal Government with the consent of the Federal Council: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) Authorised persons who have been granted a threefold increase in accordance with Article V (1) (10) (c) of the BEG Final Act shall receive an amount of 1,750 Deutsche Mark (2) as additional aid. The amount of the increase pursuant to Article V (1) (10) (d) of the BEG Final Act has been granted as an additional aid of 2,400 Deutsche Mark. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

The provisions of Article V (2) to (5) of the BEC Final Act shall apply. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3

This Regulation shall also apply in the Land of Berlin in accordance with Article 14 of the Third Law of Superconduction in conjunction with Article XI (2) of the BEG Final Act. Unofficial table of contents

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery.
