On the basis of the first sentence of Article V (1) (13) of the Second Law amending the Federal Compensation Act (BEG Final Act) of 14 September 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1315) decrees the Federal Government with the consent of the Federal Council: Unofficial table of contents
