§ 1 Scope

The Federal Railway Authority and the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways (Regulatory Authority) Fees and outlays under this Regulation shall be levied for their individually attributable public services in accordance with the General Railway Act and in accordance with the Federal Railway Traffic Management Act. § 2 Fees

(1) Chargeable individual public services and fees are charged. from the list of fees (Appendix 1). (2) Insofar as the fee is fixed according to the amount of time spent, the hourly rate is EUR 100, for each quarter of an hour 25 euros. The hourly rate for individually attributable public services in accordance with Annex 1, Part I and III, shall be EUR 120, for each quarter of an hour 30 EUR.(3) A lump-sum fee may be fixed at the request of the same fee debtor for the payment of multiple, individually, individually attributable public services for the same charge debtor. It shall be fixed in advance for a period of one year on the basis of a calculated average fee, taking into account the lower level of the administrative effort.(4) The fee debtor has to provide the evidence required for the payment of the fee, in the case of an individually attributable public service on request already with the position of the fee debtor. § 3 Fee exemption

For a decision by the regulatory authority pursuant to Section 14f (2) of the General Railway Act as well as for the investigation of dangerous events in the railway operation, no charges are levied. Non-official table of contents

§ 4 contradiction

For the complete or partial rejection of an appeal, a fee is charged up to the amount of the does not apply to the contested administrative act; this does not apply if the objection is not successful only because the infringement of a procedural or procedural requirement under Section 45 of the Administrative Procedure Act is incontetable. § 5 Revocation, withdrawal, rejection, and withdrawal of requests

§ 6 Deposits

(1) In addition to the fees, the fee debtor is subject to expositions in accordance with § 10 (1) (4) and (5) of the Administrative Cost Law of 23. June 1970 (BGBl. § 7 Alt-Facts

July 2007 and until the end of the 13. § 2 (1), with the proviso that the fee-based, individually attributable public services and the fees are derived from the fee list of Appendix 4.(4) For matters which are to be found in the 14. July 2007 and until the end of the 21. § 2 (1), provided that the chargeable, individually attributable public services and the fees are derived from the list of fees of Appendix 5, applies in January 2008.(5) For matters which are to be found in the 22. January 2008 and up to the end of the 30. § 2 (1) shall apply on the condition that the chargeable, individually attributable public services and the fees are derived from the fee list of the facility 6.(6) In the cases referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, section 2 (2) must be applied with the proviso that the hourly rate is EUR 81.80, for each quarter of an hour it is 20.45 euros.(7) § 6 (2) and Annex 1 (1) (1) (1) (1.18) and (1.19) shall apply before the 24. The fee measurement for the numbers 301 to 303, 308 and 403 to 407 depends on the construction costs and on the levels of difficulty in charge zones Rating properties.

Charge table charging attachment appendix
1.
The charge measurement for the Numbers 301 to 303, 308 and 403 to 407 depend on the construction costs and the rating characteristics classified according to levels of difficulty in charge zones.
2.
Not applicable the cost of construction in the sense of the fee measurement includes the cost of:
a)
the acquisition, the exemption, the Setting up and developing the plot,
b)
Winterbauschutzvorconversions,
c)
Vermessung und markung,
d)
Compensation and Damage Services,
e)
Baunebenkosten,
f)
Artworks and artistically designed components, as far as they are not essential components of the object.
3.
The cost of the signal is not the same as the construction costs in the sense of the fee measurement in accordance with the tables 2 and 4. Telecommunications and electrical installations.
4.
For tables 1 and 3, the operating systems are charged with the following charge zones:
a)
Zone 1: Objects with very low planning requirements, for example: B. Operating systems without switches and crossings, unless mentioned in zones 2 to 5, simple traffic areas;
b)
Zone 2: Objects with low planning requirements, For example: B. Operating systems of the free route without any special compulsion points, operating facilities of the free route in the little moving terrain, operating facilities of the stations with simple track plans;
c)
Zone 3: Objects with average planning requirements, for example: Internal operating facilities, unless mentioned in Zone 4, operating systems of the free route with special forced points, operating systems of the free route in the moving terrain, operating systems of the stations with difficult Track plans;
d)

1.
The fee measurement for the numbers 2.1 to 2.4 and 2.6 to 2.10 depends on the construction costs and on the level of difficulty in charge zones. Rating properties.
2.
The cost of the fee is not included in the cost of the fee for:
a)
the acquisition, the freeming, the building, and the development of the plot,
b)
Winterbauschutzvorconversions,
c)
surveying and marketing,
d)
Compensation and Damage Services,
e)
Baunflat Cost,
f)
Artworks and artistically designed components, as far as they are not essential parts of the object.

The cost of signal, telecommunications and electrical equipment is not included in the cost of measurement according to the tables 2 and 4.

For panels 1 and 3, the operating assets will be attributed to the following charge zones:
a)
Zone 1: Objects with very low planning requirements, for example: B. Operating systems without switches and crossings, unless mentioned in zones 2 to 5, simple traffic areas;
b)
Zone 2: Objects with low planning requirements, For example: B. Operating systems of the free route without any special compulsion points, operating facilities of the free route in the little moving terrain, operating facilities of the stations with simple track plans;
c)
Zone 3: Objects with average planning requirements, for example: Internal operating facilities, unless mentioned in Zone 4, operating systems of the free route with special forced points, operating systems of the free route in the moving terrain, operating systems of the stations with difficult Track plans;
d)
Zone 4: Objects with above-average planning requirements, for example, (b) difficult internal facilities, operating installations of the free route with a large number of specific compultrating points, operating installations of the free route in the heavily moved terrain, operating facilities of the stations with very difficult track plans, Transport space for combined transport freight transport;
e)
Zone 5: Objects with very high planning requirements, e.g. B. very difficult domestic facilities.

For Table 2, the engineering structures are charged with the following charge zones:

Zone 1: Objects with very low planning requirements, for example:

Zone 3: Objects with average planning requirements, for example: B. difficult dams, single-field bridges, as far as not mentioned in Zone 2 or 4, simple multi-field and arched bridges, support structures with anchorage, simple tunnel and trough structures, simple underground stations, lines for water or waste water with numerous links and numerous coercion points;
d)
Zone 4: Objects with above-average planning requirements, e.g. Particularly difficult dams, difficult fields of single-field, multi-field and arched bridges, noise protection systems in difficult urban planning situations, difficult tunnel and trough structures, difficult underground stations, if not in Zone 5 ;
e)
Zone 5: Objects with very high planning requirements, for example: Particularly difficult bridges, particularly difficult tunnel and trogling structures, underground crossing stations.

The charge zone of the panel 4 is used for high-rise buildings Based on the following rating characteristics:
a)
Zone 1: Building with very low Planning requirements, that is, with

none or more technical Equipment,
