6. the charging zone of table 4 is determined at buildings on the basis of the following evaluation criteria: a) zone 1: building with very little planning requirements, means that with very low requirements on the integration in the environment - a functional area, - very low design requirements, - simplest constructions, - none or simple technical equipment - none or simple expansion;
b) zone 2: Building with little planning requirements, this means with low requirements on the integration into the environment, - a few functional areas, low design requirements, - simple constructions, - low technical equipment - low expansion;

(e) zone 5: Objects with very high standards of planning, such as particularly difficult bridges, particularly difficult tunnel and trough buildings, underground crossing stations.
6. the charging zone of table 4 is determined at buildings on the basis of the following evaluation criteria: a) zone 1: building with very little planning requirements, means that with very low requirements on the integration in the environment - a functional area, - very low design requirements, - simplest constructions, - none or simple technical equipment - none or simple expansion;
b) zone 2: Building with little planning requirements, this means with low requirements on the integration into the environment, - a few functional areas, low design requirements, - simple constructions, - low technical equipment - low expansion;
(c) zone 3: Buildings with average planning requirements, this means with average requirements for integration into the environment, - multiple simple functional areas average design requirements, - normal or common constructions - average technical equipment - average normal development;

(d) zone 4: Objects with above-average requirements of planning, such as particularly difficult dam constructions, difficult Einfeld, multi-pattern and arch bridges, noise protection facilities in difficult urban situation, difficult tunnel and trough structures, difficult underground stations, as far as not mentioned in zone 5;
(e) zone 5: Objects with very high standards of planning, such as particularly difficult bridges, particularly difficult tunnel and trough buildings, underground crossing stations.
6. the charging zone of table 4 is determined at buildings on the basis of the following evaluation criteria: a) zone 1: building with very little planning requirements, means that with very low requirements on the integration in the environment - a functional area, - very low design requirements, - simplest constructions, - none or simple technical equipment - none or simple expansion;
b) zone 2: Building with little planning requirements, this means with low requirements on the integration into the environment, - a few functional areas, low design requirements, - simple constructions, - low technical equipment - low expansion;
(c) zone 3: Buildings with average planning requirements, this means with average requirements for integration into the environment, - multiple simple functional areas average design requirements, - normal or common constructions - average technical equipment - average normal development;
(d) zone 4: Building with above-average planning requirements, this means with above-average requirements to the integration into the environment, multiple functional areas with diverse relationships, - above-average design requirements, above-average constructive requirements, - above-average technical equipment - above-average expansion;

(e) zone 5: Objects with very high standards of planning, such as particularly difficult bridges, particularly difficult tunnel and trough buildings, underground crossing stations.
6. the charging zone of table 4 is determined at buildings on the basis of the following evaluation criteria: a) zone 1: building with very little planning requirements, means that with very low requirements on the integration in the environment - a functional area, - very low design requirements, - simplest constructions, - none or simple technical equipment - none or simple expansion;

The tax for the numbers of 2.1 to 2.4 and 2.6-2.10 depends on construction costs and the assessment features split after difficulty in charging zones.

3. not the costs for signalling, telecommunications and electrical equipment include the construction cost in the sense of determining fees for tables 2 and 4.
4. for tables 1 and 3 the equipment be allocated following charging zones: a) zone 1: objects with very little planning requirements, such as facilities without switches and crossings, as far as not in zones 2 to 5 above, simple traffic areas;
b) zone 2: Objects with little planning requirements, such as equipment of the free section without special forced points, operating systems of the free section in the little moving premises, equipment of the stations with simple track plans;
(c) zone 3: Objects with average planning requirements, such as local facilities, as far as not mentioned in zone 4, operating systems of the free section with special forced points, operating systems of the free section in the moving premises, equipment of the stations with difficult track plans;
(d) zone 4: Objects with above-average planning requirements, such as difficult urban facilities, equipment of free range with a variety of special forced points, operating systems of free range in strongly moving terrain, equipment of the stations with very difficult track plans, traffic areas for cargo handling in the combined transport sector;
(e) zone 5: Objects with very high planning requirements, such as very difficult urban facilities.
5. for the table 2 the civil engineering works are attributed to following charging zones: a) zone 1: objects with very little planning requirements, such as simple earth building, footbridges, noise barriers, pipes for water or wastewater without forced points;
(b) zone 2: Objects with low requirements of planning, such as dam structures, as long as not mentioned in zone 3 or 4, just single span bridges of simple design, retaining structures with traffic, simple noise protection systems, pipes for water and waste water with small shortcuts and a few positive points;
(c) zone 3: Objects with average requirements of planning, such as difficult dam constructions, single span bridges, as far as not mentioned in zone 2 or 4, simple multi-pattern and arch bridges, retaining structures with anchoring, simple tunnel and trough buildings, simple underground stations, pipes for water or waste water with numerous links and numerous positive points;
(d) zone 4: Objects with above-average requirements of planning, such as particularly difficult dam constructions, difficult Einfeld, multi-pattern and arch bridges, noise protection facilities in difficult urban situation, difficult tunnel and trough structures, difficult underground stations, as far as not mentioned in zone 5;
(e) zone 5: Objects with very high standards of planning, such as particularly difficult bridges, particularly difficult tunnel and trough buildings, underground crossing stations.
6. the charging zone of table 4 is determined at buildings on the basis of the following evaluation criteria: a) zone 1: building with very little planning requirements, means that with very low requirements on the integration in the environment - a functional area, - very low design requirements, - simplest constructions, - none or simple technical equipment - none or simple expansion;
b) zone 2: Building with little planning requirements, this means with low requirements on the integration into the environment, - a few functional areas, low design requirements, - simple constructions, - low technical equipment - low expansion;
(c) zone 3: Buildings with average planning requirements, this means with average requirements for integration into the environment, - multiple simple functional areas average design requirements, - normal or common constructions - average technical equipment - average normal development;
(d) zone 4: Building with above-average planning requirements, this means with above-average requirements to the integration into the environment, multiple functional areas with diverse relationships, - above-average design requirements, above-average constructive requirements, - above-average technical equipment - above-average expansion;
(e) zone 5: Building with very high standards of planning, that is - very high demands on the integration into the environment, - a variety of functional areas with extensive relationships - very high design requirements.
