Type VI entry into force this regulation with the exception of article I no. 2, article II No. 1 and article III No. 2 and 4 with effect from June 1, 1960 enter into force. Article I is no. 2 with effect from 1 April 1957, article II No. 1 and article III No. 2 and 4 with effect from January 1, 1961 into force.
