§ 1 Paced Districts

Districts are formed for the German Bundestag, the Bundesrat, and the Federal Constitutional Court. The delimitation of the counties is the result of the annex to this law. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Protection of constitutional bodies

Public gatherings under the open sky and elevators are prohibited within the satisfied districts in accordance with § 1. It is also forbidden to ask for meetings or elevators after the first sentence. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Admission of assemblies under open skies and elevators

(1) Public assemblies under the open sky and elevators within the satisfied districts formed in accordance with § 1 shall be permitted if an impairment of the activities of the German Bundestag and its political groups, of the Bundesrat or of the Federal Council or of the The Federal Constitutional Court as well as its organs and bodies and a hindrance to free access to its buildings situated in the satisfactory district are not to be processed.
