§ 1 Scope

(1) The General Conditions of Carriage shall apply to carriage by road and trolleybus, as well as in regular services with motor vehicles. The competent licensing authority may, taking into account special circumstances, agree to requests for derogations from the provisions of this Regulation (Special Conditions of Carriage). § 2 Claim on promotion

§ 3 Persons excluded from transport

(1) People who are at risk of security or order of the Operations or passengers shall be excluded from transport. Where these requirements are met,

People with infectious diseases,

Persons with loaded firearms, unless they are authorized to drive firearms.

§ 4 passengers ' behaviour

(3) The passengers are allowed to enter and leave the vehicles only at the stops; exceptions must be made to the Approval of the operating staff. § 5 Assign Carriages and Squares

§ 6 Carriage charges, tickets

§ 7 Paying agent

(1) The fare is to be kept ready for payment. The crew is not obliged to exchange funds of more than EUR 5 and to accept single centrements of more than 10 cents, as well as significantly damaged banknotes and coins.(2) In so far as the driver is unable to change amounts of money of more than EUR 5, the passenger shall be subject to a receipt of the amount withheld. It is the responsibility of the passenger to collect the exchange money upon presentation of the receipt at the management of the entrepellent. If the passenger does not agree to this arrangement, he/she shall cancel the journey.(3) Complaints of the exchange rate or the receipt issued by the crew must be immediately put forward. § 8 Invalid Driving ID

(1) Driving ID, which is contrary to the rules of carriage conditions or the Transport tariffs are not valid and will be recovered; this also applies to tickets that are

are not pre-filled and will not be filled out immediately,
2.
not
3.
torn, sliced or otherwise severely damaged, strongly stained or illegible, so that they are no longer checked ,
4.

used by non-authorized

are used for other than allowed journeys,
7.
due to time-lapse or for any other reason,
8.
without the required photograph.

§ 9 Increased transport charge

(1) A passenger is obliged to pay an increased transport charge if: he
1.
has not obtained a valid travel card,
2.
has obtained a valid ticket, but cannot show it during a review,
3.
did not devalue or devalue the ticket immediately or without delay in the sense of § 6 para. 3 or
4.

§ 10 Repayment of transport fee

In order to determine the point in time up to which individual journeys-two journeys per day-are considered to be carried out, the date of return or deposit of the time card or the date of the postmark shall be the date of dispatch of the time card with the mail. An earlier date can only be taken into account if the certificate issued by a doctor, hospital or health insurance company is presented in respect of illness, accident or death of the passenger. When calculating the transport charge for the individual journeys carried out, a reduction shall be based only on the conditions required for this purpose and, moreover, on the basis of the transport fee for a simple journey.(4) Applications referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be submitted without delay, at the latest within one week of the expiry of the validity of the identity card, to the management of the entreprenter.(5) The amount to be reimbured shall be deducted from a processing charge of EUR 2 as well as a transfer fee. The processing fee and any transfer fee shall not be deducted if the refund is requested on the basis of circumstances which the entrepellent has to represent.(6) In the event of exclusion from transport, except in section 3 (1), second sentence, no. 2, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the paid remuneration. § 11 Carriage of things

(1) There is no claim to carriage of goods. Hand luggage and other items shall be carried when the passenger is co-driving and only if it does not jeopardise the safety and order of the operation and other passengers cannot be harassed.(2) Hazardous substances and dangerous objects are excluded from transport, in particular
1.
explosionable, easily flammable, radioactive, irritant or corrosive substances,
2.
unpacked or unprotected goods that passengers can infringe,
3.
Items that project beyond the boundaries of the wagon.
(3) The duty to transport of infants in strollers is governed by the provisions of § 2 sentence 1. As far as possible, the operating staff shall ensure that passengers with children in a stroller are not rejected. The decision to take part is with the operating staff.(4) The passenger has to accommodate and supervise things in such a way that the safety and order of the operation cannot be endangered and that other passengers cannot be harassed.(5) The operating staff shall decide on a case-by-case basis whether goods are admitted for transport and at which point they are to be accommodated. § 12 Carriage of animals

(1) § 11 (1), (4) and (5) applies to the transport of animals.(2) Dogs shall be carried only under the supervision of a person suitable for this purpose. Dogs that can endanger fellow travellers must carry a muzzle.(3) Blind guide dogs accompanying the blind are always admitted to transport.(4) Other animals may only be carried in appropriate containers.(5) Animals must not be placed on seats. § 13 finds
