Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 27 February 1985 (BGBl. 479), most recently by Article 6 of the Bundesbesoldungs-und -Supply Adaptation Act 1998 of 6 August 1998 (BGBl. I p. 2026), I would like to say:

The following authorities are appointed to the legal representation of the Federal Railway assets within their respective business units:
-Berlin office, |
-Essen service, |
-Service Frankfurt (Main), |
-Hanover Service Centre, |
-Service Karlsruhe, |
-Cologne office, |
-Munich office, |
-Nuremberg office |
of the federal railway assets.
This shall not apply to cases in which the President or the head office of the Federal Railways ' assets is the first to decide. In the individual case, I am in charge of the legal representation of the federal railway assets in the cases of the first sentence of this General Order.
