Pursuant to Section 31 (3) sentence 3 of the Civil Service Act of 24 August 1976 (BGBl. I p. 2485), with the approval of the Federal Council, the Federal Government decrees: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

As diseases within the meaning of Section 31 (3) of the Civil Service Act, the provisions of Annex 1 to the Occupational Diseases Ordinances of 8 December 1976 (BGBl. 3329) in the respectively applicable version, together with the measures referred to therein in detail. § 2

This regulation applies in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act in conjunction with Section 108, second sentence, of the Civil Service Act, also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery.
