On the basis of § 7 of the Law on the Liability of the Reich for its officials of 22 May 1910 (Reichsgesetzbl. 798), it is made known that the legislation of the Netherlands makes it possible to reciprocity without the provisions of the announcement by the Reich Minister of Justice of 18 December 1928 (Reichsgesetzbl. I p. 414).
