On the basis of § 7 of the Law on the Liability of the Reich for its officials of 22 May 1910 (Reichsgesetzbl. S 798), it is made known that the legislation of the Swiss Confederation vouches for reciprocity in so far as the breach of the official duties after 31 December 1958 and not by a soldier has been committed.
