Transitional provisions

(1) In the application of § 8 of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) and § 56 of the German Civil Service Act and § 55b (1) of the SoldatenSupply Act, the time which an official, soldier or supplier-receiver has to take before the entry into force of this (2) The beneficiaries of this act are subject to § 56 of the German Civil Service Act and § 55b of the German Civil Service Act (BeamtenSupply Act). (1) sentence 2 of the SoldatenSupply Act, subject to the condition that they 12 of the hundreds of pensionable remuneration remain as a supply. (3) If an official, soldier or recipient of a pension before the entry into force of this Act, has an intergovernmental or national public service, or superstate institution instead of a supply, a capital amount is obtained as severance or payment from a supply fund, find paragraph 1 as well as § 56 of the civil service law and § 55b paragraph 3 of the SoldatenSupply Act Application. The course of the period laid down in § 56 of the Civil Service Act and § 55b (3) sentence 4 of the SoldatenSupply Act begins at the earliest with the date of entry into force of this law.

The following shall enter into force:

a)

The First Section on 1 July 1968;

b)

the Second Section with effect from 1 April 1967;

c)

the remaining provisions on the day following the proclamation of this law.
