I.

On the basis of Section 1 (5) sentence 2 of the Postal Personal Rights Act of 14 September 1994 (BGBl. 2325, 2353) in conjunction with Section II of the Order of the Federal Ministry of Finance on the delegation of responsibilities for the area of Deutsche Post AG of 24 June 1999 (BGBl. I p. 1583) is ordered:
The powers of the Executive Board within the meaning of § 35 of the Federal disciplinary code for the civil servants of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A are the directors of the independent branches and of the Independent business units, each with respect to the officials of grades A 1 to A 13 (superior service), which are subject to them.
