On the basis of § 82 of the Federal disciplinary law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl. 1510), the Federal Ministry of the Interior is responsible for: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) Service supervisors of the police officers of the police officers of the Federal Police in the sense of Section 33 (2) of the Federal disciplinary law are
1.
the Federal Minister of the Interior or the Federal Minister for the Interior,
2.
the President of the Federal Police Bureau,
3.
the President of a Federal Police Directorate, the President of the Federal Police College and the Head of the Federal Police Department of the Federal Police College of the Federal Republic of Applied Sciences for Public Administration,
4.
the leaders of the federal police departments, the heads of the Federal Police Inspections, the head of the Federal Police Fliegergruppe, the head of the GSG 9 of the Federal Police, the heads of the Federal Police Department, the heads of the Federal Police Department or the head of the federal police training centres and training centres or the head of the Federal Police Sports School Bad Endorf and the heads of the mobile control and monitoring units,
5.
the heads of the Federal Police Fliegerstaffeln, the Head of the Study Organization of the Federal Police Department of the Federal University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration, and the leaders of the Hundreds of Societies.
(2) Service supervisors of the police officers of the Federal Police in accordance with Section 33 (3) (2) and (5) of the Federal disciplinary Code are the superiors referred to in paragraph 1 (2) and (3) of the Federal disciplinary law. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

The Federal Minister of State or the Federal Minister of the Interior is the service supervisors or officers of the police officers and police officers of the Federal Ministry of the Interior within the meaning of Section 33 (2) of the Federal disciplinary law. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3

§ 4
