On the basis of § 83 (1) sentence 2 of the Federal disciplinary law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl. 1510), the Federal Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of the Interior, is responsible for: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Transfer of powers

(1) The powers of the Federal Ministry of Finance shall be transferred as the supreme service authority.

1.

civil servants of the Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost to the President of the Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost (Federal Office for Post and Telecommunications),

2.

the officials of the accident insurance company Post and Telekom on the board of the accident insurance company Post and Telekom and

3.

the officials of the Museum Foundation Post and Telekom on the board of trustees of the Museum Foundation Post and Telecommunications.

(2) Paragraph 1 shall not apply:

1.

for the officials of the Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost in offices above grade A 16 as well as for the President or President of the Federal Office for Post and Telecommunications German Federal Post,

2.

for the civil servants of the accident insurance company Post and Telekom in offices above grade A 13 as well as for the managing director or managing director of the accident insurance company Post and Telekom, and

3.

for the officials of the Museum Foundation Post and Telekom in offices above the grade A 13 as well as for the curator or curator of the Museum Foundation Post and Telecommunications.

§ 2 Transitional provision

Any administrative or judicial disciplinary proceedings initiated before the entry into force of this Regulation shall be continued in accordance with the provisions of the previous law. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Entry into force, external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery. At the same time, the German Federal Office for Post and Telecommunications (Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost) of 28 June 1996 (BGBl, Germany), is implementing the Federal disciplinary law. 921), as last amended by Article 5 of the Law of 14 September 2005 (BGBl I). 2746), except for force.
