On the basis of § 83 (1) sentence 2 of the Federal disciplinary law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl. 1510) in conjunction with Section 1 (1) and (2) of the Jurisdiction Adjustment Act of 16 August 2002 (BGBl. § 1 Transfer of powers

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs transfers its powers as the supreme service authority within the meaning of the Federal disciplinary law (Section 83 (1) sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law) of the civil servants

1.

the Federal Employment Agency, with the exception of the members of the Executive Board of the Regional Directorates, on the Executive Board of the Federal Employment Agency,

2.

the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, with the exception of the President or the President and the other members of the Executive Board, on the Executive Board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, who has these powers on the President or the President, or the Executive Board may continue to transfer

3.

the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See, with the exception of the First Director or the First Director and the other members of the Management Board on the Board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See, which has these powers may be transferred further to the First Director or the First Director or the Management Board,

4.

§ 2 Service

Officers in the sense of the Federal disciplinary law are

1.

at the Federal Employment Agency

a)

for the officials of the head office, the members of the management of the regional directorates, the members of the management of the agencies for work, and the heads of the special services of the board of directors of the Federal Agency for Labour,

b)

the management of the regional directorates for the other officials of the regional directorates,

c)

for the other officials of the agencies responsible for work, the management of the agencies for work and

d)

For the other officials of the special services, the heads of the special services;

2.

with the German Pension Insurance Association

a)

for the President or the President and the other members of the Executive Board, the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs,

b)

the Executive Board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund and the Head of Department of the German Pension Insurance

c)

for the other civil servants, the head of department or the head of department staff of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund;

3.

at the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See

a)

for the First Director or the First Director and the other members of the Management Board, the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs,

b)

the management of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See (German Pension Insurance) for the department heads and

c)

for the other civil servants, the head of department or the head of department staff of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See;

4.

Accident insurance at the federal and railway level

a)

for the First Director or the First Director and the other member of the Management Board, together with the representatives and the representative of the First Director or the First Director in matters relating to: Artistic Social Security the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs and the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs

b)

for the other civil servants, including officials of the Künstlersozialkasse, the First Director or the First Director;

5.

in the social security system for agriculture, forestry and horticulture

a)

for the Chairperson or the Chairman of the Management Board and the other members of the Management Board, the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs and the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs, and

b)

for the other civil servants, the chairperson or the chairman of the management.

§ 3 Higher duty of service

Higher service submissions within the meaning of the Federal disciplinary law are

1.

at the Federal Employment Agency

a)

for the members of the management of the regional directorates and of the agencies for work, the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs and

b)

for the officials of the Central Office, the other officials of the regional directorates, as well as the officials of the special services and of the agencies for the work of the Executive Board of the Federal Employment Agency;

2.

with the German Pension Insurance Association

a)

for the President or the President and the other members of the Executive Board, the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs,

b)

for the Head of Department of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund and

c)

for the other civil servants, the Executive Board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund;

3.

at the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See

a)

for the First Director or the First Director and the other members of the Management Board, the Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs,

b)

§ 4 Entry into force, external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 July 2006.
