§ 1 Transfer of powers

The powers of the Federal Ministry of Finance as the supreme service authority within the meaning of the Federal disciplinary law are applied to all civil servants of grades A 1 to A 16 and B 1 to B 3 of the Federal Regulations A and B (Annex I of the Federal Law of Remuneration) of the President of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht). § 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.
