§ 1 Fees

The Federal Office for the Digital Radio of the Authorities and Organizations with Security Tasks (BDBOS) charges fees in accordance with the applicable fee list for the individual public services listed in § 15a of the BDBOS Act. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Entry into force

(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery. (2) For official acts pursuant to Section 15a (1) of the BDBOS Act, which have been requested before the entry into force of this Regulation, costs may be levied in accordance with this Regulation, to the extent that: in the case of official acts having regard to the imminent entry into force of this Regulation, a cost decision is expressly reserved.
