On the basis of § 84 (1) of the Vocational Training Act of 14 August 1969 (BGBl. 1112), as amended by the Law of 12 March 1971 (BGBl. 185), as well as Section 1 (3) of the Law on the Establishment of the Federal Administrative Office, in the revised version published in the Federal Law Gazette III, outline number 200-2, I determine in agreement with the Federal Minister for the Interior
