On the basis of the first sentence of § 46 (7) of the Second Book of Social Code-Basic Insurance for jobseekers-in the version of the notice dated 13 May 2011 (BGBl. I p. 850, 2094), the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is responsible for: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Definition of the value in accordance with § 46 (6) sentence 1 of the Second Book of the Social Code until 2015

The value in accordance with § 46 (6) sentence 1 of the Second Book of the Social Code is due to the total expenditure determined by the Länder for the benefits under Section 28 of the Second Book of the Social Code and in accordance with Section 6b of the Federal Children's Money Act in 2013 set retrospectively as of January 1, 2014 for 2014 as well as for the year 2015 to a federal average of 3.5 percentage points. From this value, the following country-specific values will be derived for 2014 as a result of the different expenses in the countries for these services in 2013 as of January 1, 2014, as well as for the year 2015:
4.3 percentage points for Baden-Württemberg,
3.2 percentage points for the Free State of Bavaria,
2.1 percentage points for Berlin,
2.3 percentage points for Brandenburg,
6,4 percentage points for the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen,
6.5 percentage points for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg,
3.5 percentage points for Hesse,
3,1 percentage points for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania,
4.2 percentage points for Lower Saxony,
3.7 percentage points for North Rhine-Westphalia,
3.3 percentage points for Rhineland-Palatinate,
4.2 percentage points for Saarland,
3,1 percentage points for the Free State of Saxony,
2.4 percentage points for Sachsen-Anhalt,
3.6 percentage points for Schleswig-Holstein,
