In accordance with Section 77 (4) and Section 78 (2) of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) in the version of the notice dated 19 June 2009 (BGBl. 1434) as well as in accordance with Section 5a (2) and Section 6 (3) of the Law on Remuneration of Remuneration of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. I p. 160, 221, 462) shall be made known:
1.
as Annex 1, the amounts of the basic salary in force as from 1 March 2014 and from 1 March 2015, in accordance with the provisions of the Bundesbesoldung ordnung C,
2.
as Annex 2, the amounts of the basic salary in accordance with Annex IV, of the family allowance in accordance with Annex V, as well as of the office and job allowances in accordance with Annex IX of the Annex, applicable as from 1 March 2014 and from 1 March 2015 for officials and post-successor companies. Federal law on law,
3.
as Annex 3, the amounts of the basic salary in accordance with Appendices 1 and 2 of the Remuneration Transfer Act in force as from 1 March 2014 and from 1 March 2015,
4.
as Annex 4, the amounts of the basic salary in accordance with Appendix 1 of the Remuneration Transfer Act applicable as from 1 March 2014 and from 1 March 2015 for civil servants and post-successor companies.
