In accordance with Section 77 (4) and Section 78 (2) of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) in the version of the notice dated 19 June 2009 (BGBl. 1434) and in accordance with Section 6 (3) of the Law on Remuneration of Remuneration of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. I p. 160, 221, 462) shall be made known:

1.

as Annex 1, the amounts of the basic salary in force as from 1 January 2012, in accordance with the provisions of the Bundesbesoldung ordnung C,

2.

as Annex 2, the amounts of the basic salary in accordance with Annex IV, of the family allowance in accordance with Annex V, as well as of the employment and employment allowances in accordance with Annex IX of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz), applicable as from 1 January 2012, to the Post-successor companies,

3.

as of 1 January 2012, the amounts of the basic salary in accordance with Annex 1 of the Remuneration Transfer Act for civil servants and post-successor companies.
