Pursuant to Section 77 (4) and Section 78 (2) of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) as amended by the notice of 19 June 2009 (BGBl. 1434) and on the basis of Section 6 (2) of the Law on Remuneration of Remuneration of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. I p. 160, 221, 462) shall be made known:

1.

as Annex 1 to the basic salary rates of the continuing Bundesbesoldungsordnung C, which will result from 1 July 2009,

2.

as Annex 2, the amounts of the basic salary in accordance with Annex IV, of the family allowance in accordance with Annex V and of the employment and employment allowances in accordance with Annex IX of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) of 1 July 2009 for officials and civil servants in the case of the Post-successor companies,

3.

as Annex 3, the amounts of the basic salary resulting from 1 July 2009 under Annex 1 of the Remuneration Transfer Act for civil servants and post-successor companies.
