Pursuant to Section 31 (6) of the Act on the Deutsche Bundesbank, which is defined by Article 12 (1) (c) of the Law of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), in conjunction with § 2 of the Ordinance on the Transfer of Regulation authorisations of the Federal Government pursuant to Section 31 of the Law on the Deutsche Bundesbank of 9 April 2009 (BGBl. 813), the Management Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Federal Ministry of Finance, is responsible for: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Scope

This Regulation shall apply to civil servants of the Deutsche Bundesbank. Unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation, the provisions of the Federal Railways Regulation shall apply accordingly. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Design and offices of the runways

(1) In addition to the runways in accordance with Section 6 (2) of the Federal Railways Ordinance, the following career paths can be set up at the Deutsche Bundesbank:

1.

the central banking service,

2.

the upscale banking service and

3.

the higher banking service.

(2) The offices of the runways set up by the Deutsche Bundesbank and the official designations assigned to the offices are the result of Appendix 1 to this Regulation. Section 9 (2) of the Federal Railways Ordinance remains unaffected. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Establiing of preparatory services

Preparatory services will be set up for the medium, high and higher banking service. Section 10 (2) of the Federal Railways Ordinance remains unaffected. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4 Preparatory service for the upscale banking service

The preparatory service for the upscale banking service is carried out in a course of studies at the University of Applied Sciences of the Deutsche Bundesbank. § 13 of the Federal Railways Ordinance remains unaffected by the rest. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5 Empowerment for the higher banking service

The ability to pursue the career of the higher banking service also has the ability to be qualified as judge office. Unofficial table of contents

§ 6 Change of scientists and academics

Section 43 of the Federal Railways Regulation shall apply with the proviso that grade B 2 shall be replaced by grade B 3 in point 4 and grade B 4 by grade B 5 in point 5. Unofficial table of contents

§ 7 Service assessment

The assessment guidelines of the Deutsche Bundesbank shall be issued by the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank. § § 48 to 50 of the Federal Railways Ordinance remain unaffected by the rest. Unofficial table of contents

§ 8 Overhead

(1) Officials who, at the date of entry into force of this Regulation, are already in a career following the Annex to Article 37 (2) of the Rules relating to the Pre-Education Act and the careers of officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank in the version of the Notice of 28 December 1979 (BAnz. 6 of 10 January 1980), as last amended by the Decision of 3 September 1998 (BAnz. 16 640), are qualified according to § 2 (1) of this Regulation or in accordance with Section 6 (2) of the Federal Railways Ordinance. Which careers correspond to each other is laid down in Annex 2 to this Regulation. (2) Officials who are in the career of a simple service possess the qualifications for the career of the simple non-technical (3) Officials who are in the career of the Banking Service or the Office and Operations Service shall have the ability to pursue the career of the Central Bank Service. § 9 Money processing service

Officials with the ability to pursue the career of the money-processing service can obtain the qualifications for the career of the middle banking service through a one-year vocational training. During the practical introduction, the tasks of the career of the central banking service will be carried out. The introduction concludes with a service assessment showing whether the official or the official has proven itself in the new career. Civil servants who have not proven their worth in the practical introduction of the new career path remain in the career of the money processing service. Section 10 Transitional provisions relating to the civil service ratio on the sample

(1) In the case of civil servants who have been appointed to a sample of civil servants before 12 February 2009, the provisions of Sections 7 to 10 and 46 (1) (2) and (3) of the Rules relating to the German Federal Railways Regulations are replaced by sections 28 to 31 of the Federal Railway Ordinance. Preliminary training and the careers of officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank, with the proviso that the probaation period does not extend through maternity protection, parental leave and part-time and in accordance with Section 19 (4) of the Federal Railways Regulation (Bundeslaufbahnverordnung) (2) For civil servants to whom, in accordance with Section 147 (1) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz), the § § 9 and 10 of the regulations on the preformation and the careers of the officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank continue to apply, with the proviso that the officials shall be subject to the conditions of the civil service. In the event of the completion of the trial period, the regulations on the preformation and the careers of the officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank in the case of employment in a higher office than the entrance office § 25 of the German Federal Reserve The Federal Railways Regulation shall apply accordingly. Section 11 Transitional provisions on the rise

(1) For civil servants who have been appointed to a sample of civil servants before 12 February 2009 and who are invited to participate in a selection procedure before 1 January 2012, after the entry into force of this Regulation before the entry into force of this Regulation , the further selection and promotion procedures shall continue to be governed by the provisions of Sections 16, 23, 29 and 34 of the regulations on the pre-education and the careers of officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank. The ascent is open to you in accordance with § 37 of the Federal Railways Ordinance. (2) For civil servants who have acquired the qualifications in accordance with § § 24, 30 and 34a of the regulations on the preformation and the career of the officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank , § § 24, 30 and 34a of the regulations on the preformation and the careers of officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank shall continue to apply, with the proviso that offices of grades A 9, A 13 or A 16 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A shall apply without the ability to grant enlargement. § 12 Entry into force, external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery. At the same time, the provisions on the preliminary training and the careers of officials of the Deutsche Bundesbank appear in the version of the notice of 28 December 1979 (BAnz. 6 of 10 January 1980), as last amended by the Decision of 3 September 1998 (BAnz. 16 640), except for force.
