On the basis of the third sentence of § 31 (4) sentence 3 and the third sentence of paragraph 6 of the Act on the Deutsche Bundesbank in the version of the announcement of the 22. October 1992 (BGBl. 1782), as defined by Article 12 (1) (b) and (c) of the Law of 5 February 2009 (BGBl). 160) have been inserted, the Federal Government is ordering: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

The authorization contained in Section 31 (4) sentence 1 of the Act on the Deutsche Bundesbank shall be transferred to the Management Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank. Unofficial table of contents

The authorization contained in Section 31 (6) sentence 1 of the Act on the Deutsche Bundesbank shall be transferred to the Management Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.
