§ 1 Integration

(1) The Federal Office of Economics is incorporated into the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Technology (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Technologie) in the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. (2) The Federal Office of Economics is thus dissolved. The tasks previously carried out by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs go to the Federal Export Office. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Transition of rights and obligations

The movable administrative capacity of the Federal Republic of Germany, which is used by the Federal Office of Economic Affairs, is transferred as a whole to the Federal Export Office. The Federal Office for Economic Affairs and the Federal Republic of Germany shall have rights and obligations which the Federal Office of Economic Affairs has justified in respect of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Federal Republic of Germany. § 3 Designation of the Federal Export Office

The Federal Export Office is named "Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Export Control (BAFA)". Unofficial table of contents

§ 4 Adaptation of names

The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology is authorized, by means of a decree law which does not require the consent of the Federal Office, the designations "Bundesamt für Commercial Wirtschaft", "Federal Office for Economic Affairs", in laws and regulations Economy "and" Bundesexporramt "by the name" Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Export Control (BAFA) " to replace.
