According to § 9 No. 3 of the Berlin/Bonn Law of 26 April 1994, the Federal Ministry of Finance (BGBl. 918), as defined by Article 1 of the Regulation of 21 September 1997 (BGBl. 2390), in conjunction with the announcement by the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Government's decision of 22 July 1999 (BGBl). I p. 1725):
The Federal Supervisory Office for the Insurance Sector has the effect of 30. In October 2000 he moved from Berlin to Bonn.
