§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

The training occupation of the building sign/designer is recognized by the state. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Structure of vocational training

In the course of vocational training to the building sign/to the construction sign are
1.
in the first year of training in at least eight weeks, in particular skills and knowledge of current numbers 10, 11 and 12 of the Annex,
2.
in the second year of training, in at least eight weeks, in particular skills and knowledge of current numbers 10, 11 and 12 of the Annex,
3.
in the third year of training, two weeks in particular, skills and knowledge from the current number 12 of the installation

§ 4 Training profession

The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining,
2.
Establishment and organisation of training activities,
3.
safety and health protection at work,
4.
environmental protection,
5.
organisation and communication, work processes,
6.
Cooperation with authorities and other parties involved in the construction process,
7.
Dealing with information and communication technologies,
8.
Techniques of drawing,
9.
Selection and use of building materials and components,
10.
Participate in construction processes and carry out construction work,
11.
Inventory and surveying,
12.
Computer-based drawing,
13.
Design of components,
14.
Quality assurance measures, customer orientation,
15.
Creation of plans and drawings, subject-specific calculations.

§ 5 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge referred to in § 3 shall be based on the instruction contained in the Appendix regarding the factual and temporal structure, taking into account the focal points of architecture, civil engineering and civil engineering, road construction and landscaping. vocational training (training framework plan). § 6 Training plan

§ 7 Report Bulletin

§ 8 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It shall take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge referred to in the Annex for the first year of training and the third half-year of training, as well as the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex. Vocational education in accordance with the framework curriculum to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (3) The examinee is to process three practical tasks, including computer-aided, in a total of four hours, as well as in a maximum of two hours, questions relating to these tasks in writing and carrying out calculations. In particular, the following areas shall be considered:

Two-dimensional depictions, parallel perspectives,

free-hand drawings,
3.
Trenches, ditches, foundations and construction,
4.
Building blocks made of stones, building seals,
5.
Concrete and reinforced concrete.

§ 9 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) Part A of the test subject shall be the subject of the examination. Examination in a maximum of 14 hours, two practical tasks to be carried out on a project. At least one task is to be completed by computer. One of the tasks shall be documented and explained to the examination board in a technical discussion of no more than 15 minutes. Prior to the examination, the examinee shall be given the opportunity to get to know the computer-assisted drafting system where he is to be examined in a reasonable period of time. The practical tasks are to be taken from two of the following areas, taking into account the centre of gravity in accordance with § 5 (1) sentence 1. The areas from which the tasks are to be taken are to be determined by the test item. The following areas are considered:

Creation of execution documents for steel or timber construction;
3.
In the focus of deep, road and landscaping:
a)
Creation of planning documents for road and road construction,
b)
Creation of execution documents for supply and disposal and
c)
Creation of execution documents for landscaping.
Through the execution of the task, the documentation as well as the expert discussion, the examinee is supposed to show that he can plan, implement and present work processes independently, customer-and target-oriented, as well as carry out quality assurance measures. (3) Part B of the examination consists of the following examination areas:

In the examination areas of construction input, raw construction as well as expansion, technical problems with linked information technology, technological and mathematical behaviour are to be analysed, evaluated and suitable solution paths to be presented in writing. For the examination area Economic and social studies, tasks that are to relate to practice-related cases, in particular from the following fields, come into consideration: general, economic and social contexts from the professional and social sciences. the world of work;
2.
In the field of engineering:
a)
load-bearing structures,
b)
Solid construction,
c)
Steel and timber construction,
d)
Economic and social studies.
Technical problems with linked information technology, technological and mathematical contents are to be analysed, evaluated and suitable solutions in writing in the areas of test structures, solid construction and steel and timber construction. . For the examination area Economic and social studies, tasks that are to relate to practice-related cases, in particular from the following fields, come into consideration: general, economic and social contexts from the professional and social sciences. the world of work;
3.
In the focus of deep, road and landscaping:
a)
Road construction,
b)
Disposal and disposal,
c)
Landscaping,
d)
Economic and social studies.
In the examination areas of road construction, supply and disposal as well as landscaping, technical problems with linked information technology, technological and mathematical contents are to be analyzed, evaluated and suitable solution paths in writing . 3. In the focus of deep, road and landscaping:

d) Examination area Economic and social studies 60 minutes.
(5) At the request of the test item or at the discretion of the examination board in the individual examination areas, the examination part B shall be supplemented by an oral examination in the individual examination areas, if the examination board may give the rash for the existence of the examination. In the determination of the results for the test areas examined orally, the respective previous results and the corresponding results of the oral supplementary examination in the ratio 2: 1 are to be weighted. (6) Within the examination part B, the results of the oral examination are given in the following: the examination areas shall be weighted as follows:
1. in the focus of architecture:
a) Construction Entry Verification Area 30 percent,
b) Examination area of the Rohbau 25 percent,
c) Examination Area Expansion 25 percent,
d) Examination area Economic and social studies 20 per cent;
2. In the field of engineering:
a) Test area Load-bearing structures 25 percent,
b) Examination area Massivbau 30 percent,
c) Examination area Steel and timber construction 25 percent,
d) Examination area Economic and social studies 20 per cent;
3. In the focus of deep, road and landscaping:
a) Examination area Road construction 30 percent,
b) Testing area Disposal and disposal 25 percent,
c) Examination Area Landscaping 25 percent,
d) Examination area Economic and social studies 20 percent.
(7) The examination has been passed if at least two of the subject-related examination areas have provided at least sufficient services in the test parts A and B as well as within the test part B in each case. § 10 Transitional Regulation

(1) Vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall be subject to further application of the provisions of this Regulation, unless the Contracting Parties agree to the application of the provisions of this Regulation. (2) Vocational training conditions, which exist on 17 May 2004, are to continue to apply in the version in force until 17 May 2004, unless the Contracting Parties agree to the application of the Regulation in force on 18 May 2004 Version. Section 11 Entry into force, external force
