This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of Section 25 of the Vocational Training Act. The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for the vocational school, agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany, will soon be published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette.

§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 2 Training Duration

(1) The training lasts three years. § 3 Basic vocational training and the objective of vocational training

§ 4 Structure of vocational training

in the third year of training, in six weeks, in particular, the skills and knowledge referred to in Section II of Annex II under serial numbers 2 and 5 (l) to (n), in serial numbers 6 (d) to (m) and in the current paragraph 7.

§ 5 Training profession

The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:

Plan and prepare work processes, set up construction sites, control work results,

Testing of construction and construction materials according to type and quantity, storage and transport,
9.
Provision of construction and construction aids, tools and construction equipment, commissioning and waiting,
10.
Perform woodwork,
11.
Perform wall, plaster, concrete and stemmed work,
12.
Processing of sealing and insulating materials,
13.
Prepare the sealing work on the construction site,
14.
Sealing against soil moisture, against non-pressing and oppressive water,
15.
Sealing of roofs,
16.
Sealing of traffic areas, in particular of bridge panels,
17.
Manufacture of construction reports and scale sketches, quality control.

§ 6 Training framework plan

The skills and knowledge according to § 5 are to be based on the guidance on the factual and temporal structure of vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the system for basic vocational training and for vocational training. be mediated. § 9 Interim examination

§ 10 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material provided in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. in the examination subject Technical Mathematics:
a)
land and mass calculations,
b)
Calculate the requirements for sealing materials,
c)
Offset and accounting of sealing work;
3.
Work planning in the examination subject:
a)
Sketches, in particular on-scale sketches, laying plans and parts lists,
b)
technical tables, manuals, standards, guidelines and information sheets,

4.

(4) For the written examination, the following time limits shall be assumed:
1. in the Technology Examination 120 minutes,
2. in the examination subject Technical Mathematics 60 minutes,
3. Work planning in the examination subject 120 minutes,

(5) The duration of the examination referred to in paragraph 4 may, in particular, be undershot to the extent that the written examination is carried out in a programmed form. § 12 Transitional Regulation
