§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 3 Objective of vocational training

The skills and knowledge referred to in this Regulation are to be conveyed in terms of work and business processes. They are to be conveyed in such a way that the trainees are qualified to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, which in particular is self-employed planning, carrying out and controlling , as well as the actions in the overall operational context. § 4 Vocational training in inhouse training centres

In accordance with the training framework plan (facility), vocational training must be supplemented and deepened during a period of eight weeks in over-company training centres, provided that this cannot be done in the course of training:
1.
in the first 18 months of vocational training for three weeks, skills and knowledge under Section I, current numbers 8, 11 and 12, and
2.
in the second 18 months of vocational training for five weeks, skills and knowledge in Section I of serial numbers 12 and 14.

§ 5 Training profession

§ 6 Training framework plan

The skills and knowledge referred to in § 5 shall be based on the technical aspects of geotechnics, mortar and concrete technology as well as asphalt technology in accordance with the instructions given in the Appendix on the factual and temporal structure of the Vocational training (training framework plan). A material and time breakdown of the content of the training which deviates from the training framework plan is particularly permissible, insofar as the particularities of the company's practical experience require the deviation. § 7 Training plan

§ 8 Report Bulletin

§ 9 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It shall take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex for the first 18 months, as well as the skills and knowledge required in the vocational education and training courses, as appropriate. (3) In the practical part of the examination, the examinee is to carry out three tasks in the course of a total of five hours. In particular, the work tasks are to be considered:
1.
Carry out a sampling, including the production of a sample,
2.
Determine the physical parameters of a sample,
3.
Determine chemical characteristics of a sample,
4.
Measuring and sketching a sample body or
5.
Evaluate measurement results and create a result log.
(4) In the written part of the examination, the examinee shall solve in total no more than 180 minutes tasks, which shall relate to practice-related cases, from the following areas:
1.
Production, properties and use of working materials, building materials and construction materials as well as mixtures,
2.
Sampling and sample preparation,
3.
Application of laboratory technology, technical documentation and regulations,
4.
chemical and physical fundamentals, tests and calculations.

§ 10 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) Part A of the test subject shall be the subject of the examination. (4) Part B of the test shall be based on the following time limits:
1. in the examination area of building materials technology 90 minutes,
2. in the examination area Testing technology and laboratory technology 150 minutes,

(5) Part B of the examination shall be supplemented, at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the Audit Committee, in individual examination areas by an oral examination, if the examination board may give a rash for the existence of the examination. In determining the results for the examination areas examined orally, the results obtained so far and the corresponding results of the oral supplementary examination in a ratio of 2: 1 should be weighted. (6) Within the part B of the Examination of the examination areas shall be weighted as follows:
1. Examination area Building materials technology 35 percent,
2. Examination area Testing technology and laboratory technology 45 percent,
3. Examination area Economic and social studies 20 percent.
(7) The examination has been passed if at least sufficient performance has been provided in the test part A and the test part B. In two of the examination areas of the examination part B, at least sufficient performance must be provided, in the further examination area of the test part B must not have been provided an insufficient performance. Section 11 Transitional regime

In the case of vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions to date shall continue to apply, unless the Contracting Parties agree to the application of the provisions of this Regulation. Unofficial table of contents

§ 12 Entry into force, external force
