§ 1 Name, legal form and seat of the Foundation

Under the name "Bundesstiftung Baukultur" (Federal Foundation for Building Culture), a legal foundation under public law, based in Potsdam, is established. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Purpose of the Foundation

§ 3 Convention of Building Culture

(1) The Foundation regularly organises a public convention of building culture. § 4 Foundation assets

§ 6 Executive Board

(1) The Executive Board shall consist of the Chairperson or the Chairman and a Deputy or Deputy. § 7 Board of Trustees

(1) The Board of Trustees consists of 13 members:

§ 8 Advisory Council

(1) The Advisory Board consists of 20 members of different disciplines, which have emerged in the field of building culture. § 9 Statute

(1) The Foundation is subject to the legal supervision of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development. § 12 Transitional Regulation
