§ 1 Right of use

Archival material at the Federal Archives is open to everyone on request in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Archives Act and this regulation. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 User type

(1) The archive material shall be submitted as a copy for use in the original or in a copy, or information on its contents shall be provided. The Federal Archives decide on the type of use. § 3 Conditions of use

§ 6 Use by Federal Government
