§ 1

The Federal Supervisory Office for the credit sector shall have the power to: , after hearing the German Federal Bank, with the agreement of the Federal Minister of Finance, transfer legal orders in accordance with the first sentence of Article 28 of the Law on the Treaty of 18. § 2

(1) This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act, in conjunction with Article 36 of the Code of Conduct of the The law referred to in the entry formula also in the Land of Berlin.(2) This Regulation shall also apply in accordance with the first sentence of Article 3 in conjunction with Annex I, Article 8 (5) of the Treaty referred to in the introductory formula in the German Democratic Republic, including Berlin (East).
