(1) The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security can make known the Federal Medical Order and the law on the exercise of dentistry in the version in force of the entry into force of this law in the Federal Law Gaz.2 Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security can make known the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte and the Approbationsordnung für dentists in the version in force of the entry into force of this law in the Federal Law Gazets. Type 10 Transitional arrangements

(1) From 1. In October 2004, students of human medicine who, prior to that date, completed their medical studies with the third section of the medical examination, have no longer any activity as a doctor in the internship. (2) For students who have completed their medical studies, they have completed their medical studies. According to § 43 of the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte of 27 June 2002 (BGBl. 2405), the second section of the Medical Examination for Doctors, as amended by the Notice of 14 July 1987 (BGBl. 1593), as last amended by Article 8 of the Law of 27 April 2002 (BGBl I). 1467), before the Practical Year, the provisions of Article 3 (1) (a) (a) (aa) and (No 2) for the practical year shall not apply.
