This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of Section 25 of the Vocational Training Act. The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for the vocational school, agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany, will soon be published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Training profession

The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Vocational training,
2.
Establishment and organisation of training activities,
3.
Labour and collective bargaining, occupational health and safety,
4.
Occupational safety, environmental protection and rational use of energy,
5.
Maintaining operational safety,
6.
Supervising the bathing establishment,
7.
Care for visitors,
8.
Swimming,
9.
Initiate and carry out water rescue operations,
10.
Carry out first aid and resurrecting measures,
11.
Measurement of physical and chemical quantities as well as determination of material constants,
12.
Control and secure the technical operational sequence,
13.
Maintain and maintain technical and technical facilities,
14.
Carry out administrative work in the bathroom,
15.
Public relations.

§ 4 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge according to § 3 shall be mediated in accordance with the guidance on the factual and temporal structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the content of the training, which differs from the training framework plan, is permitted, in particular, where special operational characteristics require the deviation. (2) The skills referred to in this Regulation, and Knowledge is to be taught in such a way that the trainee is qualified to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, which in particular is to plan, carry out and control independent work is included. § 5 Training plan

§ 6 Report Bulletin

§ 7 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It shall take place in the middle of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge referred to in the Annex for the first year of training and the skills and knowledge referred to in the vocational education and training course, in accordance with the Framework curriculum for teaching materials, insofar as it is essential for vocational training. (3) In the practical test, the examinee is to carry out the following tasks:
1.
in a maximum of 12 minutes 400 metres swimming, of which 50 metres of herb swimming, 50 metres of breast swimming, 100 metres of open-air swimming and 200 metres of swimming in the back of the breast with no arm's activity,
2.
in a maximum of 1 minute and 30 seconds 50 metres of swimming, pushing or pulling, both persons clothed,
3.
3 minutes long a heart-lung revival at a practice hantom,
4.
in a maximum of 1 minute and 35 seconds 100 meters of time swimming,
5.
stretch taps over a distance of at least 30 metres,
6.
Head jump from a height of 3 meters.
(4) In the written examination, the examinee shall deal with tasks from the following areas in a maximum of 180 minutes:
1.
Occupational safety, accident prevention, health protection, hygiene and environmental protection,
2.
Occupational natural science foundations, use of materials and tools,
3.
Maintenance of operational safety, supervision of the bathing establishment,
4.
Care for visitors.
(5) The duration of the examination referred to in paragraph 4 may, in particular, be undershot to the extent that the written examination is carried out in a programmed form. Unofficial table of contents

§ 8 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material provided in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) The examination shall be practical and in writing. (3) In the practical test, the examinee is to carry out tasks from the following examination subjects:
1.
in the examination subject Retten and initial supply:
a)
in total for a maximum of 10 minutes Conducting a practice-oriented rescue exercise with starting jump in clothing from the pelvic edge, swimming, picking up an adult person from 3 to 5 metres in depth, carrying out liberation grips, towing, landing and primary care measures,
b)
in a maximum of 8 minutes 300 metres of clothing swimming with subsequent unclocking,
c)
5 minutes of a heart-lung revival at a practice hantom,
d)
in a maximum of 2 minutes 50 metres of towing, both persons clothed, of which the first 25 metres with head or armpits and the last 25 metres with a captivating grip;
2.
In Swimming examination subject: in a total of 10 minutes:
a)
stretch taps over a distance of at least 35 metres,
b)
Perform a competitive technique including start and turn over a distance of 50 meters,
c)
100 meters of time swimming in a maximum time of 1 minute and 30 seconds,
d)
Head jump from a height of 3 meters;
3.
in the examination subject Visitor support and swimming lessons: in a total of 90 minutes:
a)
Prepare and carry out a swimming pool unit,
b)
Perform a set of game or sports arrangements.
(4) The examinee shall be examined in the written examination:
1.
In the examination subject Retten, initial supply and swimming: in a total of 90 minutes practical tasks or cases are processed. It is intended to show that he has acquired skills and knowledge in competition techniques, in the conduct of swimming lessons and on initial supply, rescue and resurrection, as well as in health education;
2.
In the examination subject bathing establishment: in 120 minutes practical tasks or cases from the areas:
a)
safety and health,
b)
Organisation and supervision of the bathing establishment,
c)
Care for visitors, communication as well as
d)
Administration and public relations, social significance of baths

In the areas referred to in point 2 (a) to (c), the test piece shall show that it has acquired the skills and knowledge necessary for the maintenance of operational safety, that it may carry out the operation of the bathing establishment and supervise visitors. In the area referred to in point 2 (d), the auditor is to prove that he can take on tasks in administration and public relations and that he understands the relationships between management and the organisation of the baths;
3.
In the examination subject "Bädertechnik": in 90 minutes practice-related tasks or cases from the areas:
a)
environmental protection and hygiene;
b)
Control and secure the technical operational sequence and
c)
Waiting and caring for baths and free-time technical facilities

4.
In the examination subject Economic and social studies: in 60 minutes practical tasks or cases from the fields: General economic and social relationships of the working and working world.
(5) The duration of the examination referred to in paragraph 4 may, in particular, be undershot to the extent that the written examination is carried out in a programmed form. (6) The written examination shall be at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the To supplement the examination board in individual subjects by means of an oral examination, if the examination committee can give the test for the passing of the examination. § 9 Transitional Regulation

In the case of vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions to date shall continue to apply, unless the Contracting Parties agree to the application of the provisions of this Regulation. Unofficial table of contents

Section 10 Entry into force, expiry of the external force
