§ 1 Decree of objection modesty
According to § 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection has the power to issue appeals in civil service law matters, to the Federal Office for Central Services and Open Property Issues, to the extent that: this authority has adopted the administrative act contested by the objection or rejected the request for an administrative act to be taken.

§ 2 Representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service
According to § 127 paragraph 3 sentence 1 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection transfers the representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship to the Federal Office for Central Services and Open Property Issues, in so far as it is in accordance with § 1 for the decision on Contradictions are in charge.

§ 3 conditional clause
In individual cases, the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection reserves the right to exercise the powers and representation in accordance with § § 1 and 2 itself.

§ 4 Entry into force, external force
This arrangement shall enter into force on the day following the publication in the Federal Law Gazans. At the same time, the General Order for the transfer of responsibilities for the adoption of opposition modestals and the representation of the Dienstherrn in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship in the division of the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forests of 27 July 2000 (BGBl. 1346). In the case of inconsistencies and claims brought before the entry into force of this order, it remains with the previous competences, which are based on the General Order of 27 July 2000 (BGBl. 1346) and the General Order for the Transfer of Responsables for the Decree of Appeal and the Representation of the Dienser in the case of claims arising from the civil service activities of the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection of 8 April 2009 (BGBl. 814).
